2–5 years of relevant experience
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Support public listing readiness, listing preparation and capital-market transactions
• Assist with
SEBI, NCLT regulations
and compliance requirements
Conduct business financial analysis and case modellingSupport transaction planning and execution across different stagesAssess regulatory implications and ensure adherence to applicable requirementsWork closely with senior management, investors and key stakeholders
🔹 Key Requirements
Candidates should have experience in
at least 2
of the following areas:
Listing support & capital-market transactionsSEBI regulations, regulatory filings & complianceDue diligence, valuation & financial analysisBusiness-case modelling & transaction execution
Additionally
Strong understanding of the Indian regulatory & capital-markets landscapeStrong financial statement analysis and analytical skillsGood commercial judgment and transaction understandingExcellent communication, problem-solving & stakeholder-management skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
