What role you will play in team: You will be an integral part of our Mergers & Acquisitions team, supporting senior bankers on complex transactions.
What you will do: Conduct financial modeling, market research, and due diligence on potential acquisition targets.
Key responsibilities:Develop detailed financial models for M&A transactions.
Conduct industry and competitor analysis.
Prepare presentations and pitch books for clients.
Support due diligence efforts, including financial statement analysis and valuation.
Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure successful deal execution.
Assist in the preparation of transaction documentation.
Required Qualification and Skills:MBA or Master's degree in Finance.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
Strong financial modeling skills (Excel, Bloomberg Terminal).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
