As a member of the Solutions Team at Invesco, your role will be crucial in developing and maintaining systems for the systematic equities group. You will be in charge of building automated workflows to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality outputs. Your responsibilities will also include leading automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and support the existing technology infrastructure. Additionally, you will be involved in loading, validating, and troubleshooting raw financial data, as well as reviewing inputs and outputs of quantitative models. • Develop and maintain systems for the systematic equities group. • Build automated workflows for quality checks and ensure timely and accurate outputs. • Identify areas for process improvement and lead automation initiatives. • Develop clear and well-documented scripts for all automated processes. • Support and enhance the existing technology infrastructure. • Load, validate, and troubleshoot raw financial data for data integrity. • Review inputs and outputs of quantitative models for accuracy. • Rebalance, monitor, and maintain indexes. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Python or R and SQL. • 1-3 years of experience in financial services or a related domain. • Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality outputs. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
