Fund Raising & Investor Relations Manager Senior Role · Real Estate & AIF Capital Mobilisation Location: Gurgaon (with travel as required) Reporting To: Promoter / Senior Management Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Finance & Investor Relations About Taradevi's Group Taradevi's Group is a premium real estate and vacation home development firm currenlty focussed on Shimla. Our active portfolio includes (i) Taradevi's Enclave (New Shimla) - Luxury apartments (ii) Taradevi's Downtown Kufri • Luxury hospitality / villas and our pipeline consists of a few other launches in Shimla as well as in Konkan and Vrindavan. We are building institutional-grade real estate portfolio in marquee leisure and religious toursim centres across India. Role Overview We are looking for a driven and credible fundraising professional to lead capital mobilisation across two mandates: 1. Company-Level Fundraising Private placements (structured debt instruments) to HNIs, funds and family offices and private investors for ongoing and upcoming development projects. 2. AIF Fundraising — Category II (Real Estate) Investor acquisition and relationship management for the Group's proposed Category II Alternative Investment Fund. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role suited to someone with an existing HNI network, familiarity with real estate investment structures, and the ability to represent the firm with confidence in boardrooms and family office meetings. Key Responsibilities Capital Raising • Identify, approach, and close investments from HNIs, family offices, and private investors • Structure and present debt / quasi-equity instruments — NCDs, debentures, structured notes — suited to investor appetite • Build and manage a live pipeline of active investor conversations across the Group's project portfolio AIF — Category II (Real Estate) • Support establishment and ongoing fundraising for the Group's Category II AIF • Educate investors on the AIF structure, SEBI regulatory framework, and investment thesis • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and fund administration partners Investor Relations • Maintain strong relationships with onboarded investors by providing regular project updates, managing return schedules, addressing queries, and ensuring timely documentation and communication. • Prepare and deliver investor-facing materials: pitch decks, information memoranda, XIRR / return analysis, FAQs • Represent the Group at investor meets, roadshows, and industry forums Candidate Profile Must-Have • 5–10 years of experience in fundraising, wealth management, private banking, investment banking, or real estate finance • Existing relationships with HNIs, family offices, or wealth management desks • Working knowledge of SEBI AIF Regulations (Category II preferred) • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; ability to hold credible conversations with sophisticated investors • High integrity and discretion — this role involves access to sensitive financial and commercial information Good to Have • Prior exposure to real estate fund structures, REITs, or project finance • NISM / AMFI certifications, or willingness to obtain • Understanding of hill or leisure real estate market dynamics What We Offer • Competitive fixed compensation + performance-linked incentive tied to funds raised • Direct access to and mentorship from the Promoter • A genuinely entrepreneurial environment — you will shape this function from the ground up • Opportunity to build and lead an investor relations team as the Group scales How to Apply Send your CV and a brief note on your current investor network and fundraising track record to: 📩 Apply Now: Hr@taradevis.com 📞 Contact: 8091550677
