Senior Financial Analyst, M&A

What role you will play in team: You'll be instrumental in supporting mergers and acquisitions activities, conducting financial analysis, and preparing materials for senior management and clients. What you will do: You will work closely with senior team members on complex transactions, from initial valuation to closing. Key responsibility:Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation. Prepare comprehensive presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders. Support the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence and negotiations. Analyze financial statements, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Collaborate with legal, tax, and other advisors. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Required Qualification and Skills:CA, MBA, CFA or equivalent qualification.3-5 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance. Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and M&A transactions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software.
