Role OverviewYou will be responsible for building an ECM pipeline focused on 3 key products: Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs), Block Deals, and IPOs. Your main goal will be to assist in 10 IPO pitches, win CLSA mandates, build relationships with new clients, and participate in at least 15 ECM pitches with bankers. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild ECM pipeline with a focus on QIPs, Block Deals, and IPOsLeverage existing relationships to sell deals and win mandatesCollaborate with sector teams and IE to target companies planning to list in 1-3 yearsWork on pitch presentation books, focusing on markets/investors sectionOversee end-to-end transaction execution after mandate win, lead all ECM-related execution and syndicate work on live mandatesMaintain relationships with ECM desks of large funds and select domestic investorsWork seamlessly with IB and IE teams, act as a mentor to junior execution staff Qualifications RequiredMasters degree or above in any disciplineMinimum 10+ years of relevant experience in investment banking domainExtensive knowledge of Indian market, project management, and client servingStrong analytical and quantitative, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking skillsAble to work independently, with attention to detail and result-driven mindsetExcellent command of English language, fluent in both spoken and written
