About the Role We are looking for an experienced Deal Partner with a strong background in Investment Banking, M&A advisory, private capital transactions or corporate finance. The role is focused on managing and closing live M&A and strategic transaction opportunities. The platform already has active deal flow, infrastructure, tools and support teams in place. We need someone who can take ownership of transactions, manage stakeholders and help get deals across the finish line. Key Responsibilities Manage live M&A and investment banking transactions from start to finish. Work closely with founders, CEOs, buyers, investors and advisers. Drive transaction momentum and ensure timely deal progress. Support deal structuring, valuation discussions, commercial positioning and negotiation strategy. Prepare and coordinate transaction materials such as teasers, IMs, financial summaries, buyer lists and deal updates. Manage buyer and investor conversations across different stages of the transaction. Support due diligence coordination and timely follow-ups. Identify bottlenecks and resolve transaction issues quickly. Improve deal closure rates through strong ownership, urgency and commercial judgment. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A Advisory, Private Equity, Corporate Development, Transaction Advisory or a similar deal-focused role. Proven experience in closing M&A, fundraising, strategic investment or private capital transactions. Strong understanding of valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations and transaction processes. Ability to manage senior stakeholders, including founders, investors, buyers and board-level decision makers. Strong commercial mindset, communication skills and ownership mentality. Experience in cross-border transactions, Southeast Asia deals or mid-market M&A will be preferred. Compensation & Incentives The role includes a base salary along with meaningful deal-based incentives and success-fee participation. Your earning potential is not limited to the salary.
