Key Responsibilities : Preparing financial models for analysing the financial viability of a land or project to evaluate the feasibility for its acquisition.
Ability to analyse target land/projects financial viability based on accurate assumptions as well as inputs as provided by liaison and architect teams.
These projects could include Residential, commercial or Retail including greenfield, brown field projects.
