Job Title: Corporate Finance Consultant
Location : New Delhi
Experience : 3-8 years
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
Advise clients on capital raising, debt structuring, and equity financing
Conduct valuation analysis using DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction methods
Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities including due diligence and integration planning
Provide strategic advice on corporate restructuring, cost optimization, and investment analysis
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess business performance and risk management
Prepare investment memoranda, board presentations, and financial reports for decision-makers
Analyze industry trends, economic indicators, and competitor performance to inform strategy
