As we continue our global expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Vice President • Operations & Finance to lead and scale our global shared services organization across Finance, People & Culture, IT, and Administration. 📍 Location : Hyderabad, India 💼 Experience : 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience in a high-growth technology, consulting, IT services, or professional services environment preferred. 👤 Reporting To Founder & CEOThis executive leadership role will oversee operations across India and the UAE, driving : Manage and lead the financial and operational activities across countries. Establish operational processes, policies, controls, and governance frameworks. Ensure smooth coordination between Delivery, Sales, HR, Finance, Administration, and Leadership teams. Establish operational KPIs and dashboards for management visibility. Monitor and improve country-level revenue, expenses, profitability, and operational performance. Develop annual operating budgets in collaboration with business and functional leaders. Track revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, EBITDA, utilization, and profitability. Monitor revenue, profitability, cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital. Prepare financial dashboards and management reports for the leadership team. Monitor, Review project billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition. Review, Track, Renew Statements of Work (SoWs), contracts, change requests, and commercial proposals. Ensure appropriate controls for inter-company transactions and cross-border operations. Support the CEO/MD in financial decision-making and business planning. Develop and maintain executive dashboards covering the Finance KPIs like Revenue, Gross Margin, EBITDA, Operating Expenses, Cash Flow, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Budget vs. Actuals, Forecast vs. Actuals. Develop and maintain executive dashboards covering the Business KPIs like Revenue per employee, Utilization, Project profitability, Customer concentration, Sales pipeline, Bookings, Billing, Resource cost, Attrition, Headcount growth. MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent preferred. 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience in a high-growth technology, consulting, IT services, or professional services environment preferred. Experience leading multiple corporate functions including Finance, HR, Administration, and IT. Strong understanding of global business operations. Experience managing multi-country teams. Proven track record in process transformation and operational excellence. Strong financial planning, reporting, and governance expertise.
