This role-holder is a junior member of the Treasury and Trade Finance team based in Hyderabad, India.
The principal objective of the role is to assist the Liquidity Management and Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP) teams in project management, quantitative analysis, and reporting capabilities. TVM (Time Value of Money) is Hartree s Treasury framework for measuring, analysing, and reporting the liquidity, funding, capital, and FTP impacts of trading activity over time.

No hybrid work option / 5-day work from office.
Direct Reporting: HGSI Local Leadership team, Hyderabad
Functional Reporting: Manager: Finance & Treasury Director, North America
Shift time (with flexibility to support other regions): UK Shift / 2 pm to 11 pm IST
Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Generate daily management reporting, inclusive of liquidity reports, early warning indicators and FTP reports
• Assist in creation of comprehensive liquidity and capital reports and stress testing as needed
• Help quantify day-over-day fluctuations in liquidity and capital
• Connect with Back Office and Middle Office to reconcile trading activity as it relates to the FTP process
• Analyse FTP data to identify data quality issues
• Develop and assist with documentation of policies and procedures, as requested
• Assist the larger Treasury and Finance team with reporting to the traders General Partners, as needed
• Assist with Treasury execution tasks related to funding, liquidity, FX, cash management, FP&A; and/or other areas as called upon from time to time
Requirements: education, competencies & skills
• Chartered Accounts (ICAI), Cost & Management Accountants (ICMAI) or equivalent qualifications in Accounting, Business or Finance
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a financial role, emphasis on analytics and financial modelling, some management and/or oversight experience preferred
• Specialized knowledge in commodity markets preferred
• Excellent research, documentation and resolution skills
• Excellent communication and client service skills; demonstrated ability and desire to collaborate internally and externally in service of providing top tier service and delivering results
• Must be technically proficient and adept with financial reporting systems
