Role OverviewTechnical Analyst
• Credit Risk (CCAR) – Full Time
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide domain guidance in CCAR / DFAST Regulations (14M/ 14Q/ 14A schedules) with Credit risk heavy topics (Credit RWA, Collateral, etc.) with CCAR production or support experience.
Credit Risk Management and Measurement exposure (Basel, CECL, IFRS regulations) with good exposure.
Articulation of product features and relevant Epics; creating and owning User stories with accurate Acceptance Criteria.
Perform Techno-functional Testing (QA) for product features according to functional specifications; automate testing wherever possible using Excel/VBA, Python or other available tools.
Partner with architects and application teams for secure solution delivery; provide functional support to all phases of delivery (Sprints, Testing, Hypercare, etc.).
Guide and coach junior Technical Analysts and testers.
Qualifications and Skills7‑12 years IT experience, working as a Business/Technical Analyst in CCAR / DFAST Reporting (Annual, quarterly, monthly schedules) with good exposure to Credit risk domain, model outputs, reporting attributes and Data checks.
Ability to closely work with Business and IT stakeholders to discover, gather, analyze and draft complete Functional specifications for target state platforms.
Experience in Agile‑driven projects for Functional Specifications, Data requirements/mappings, Process and data flows, API specifications and platform requirements.
Technical skills in Python (basic frameworks), Data Analysis (SQL, MS Excel, etc.) and Data Presentation (Powerpoint, PowerBI, or similar).
Preferred: Agile certifications.
Preferred: AI familiarity (Co‑pilot, Gen‑AI, or other).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
