Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts across plant operations, sales, and overheads.
Analyze Budget vs.
Actuals and drive corrective actions with department heads.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Perform product-wise, plant-wise, and customer-wise profitability analysis.
Monitor raw material costs, conversion costs, yield, and wastage variances.* PrepareCapex business cases, ROI, NPV, and payback analysisPartner with plant, procurement, and sales teams to provide data-driven financial insights.
Improve and automate reporting using ERP, Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
Ensure compliance with Ind AS and internal financial controls.
Support statutory, internal, and cost audits.
Assist the Finance Head with pricing analysis, competitor benchmarking, and strategic projectsRequired Skills & Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA)2–4 years of post-qualification experience
Experience in Manufacturing / Chemical / Process Industry preferredHands-on experience with SAP / ERP systemsStrong Advanced MS Excel skillsPower BI or other BI tools exposure is an advantageStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
