Role Overview: As the Regional Head South at Vivriti AMC, your primary responsibility is to lead institutional and family office sales efforts across South India. You will be instrumental in driving fundraising for mutual fund and AIF products by managing high-value relationships with corporate treasuries, DFIs, family offices, and large distributors. This leadership role will focus on strategy execution, team management, and deep client engagement to build a scalable and differentiated investment platform. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the institutional sales strategy and execution for South India, ensuring delivery on AUM and wallet share targets across products (MFs and AIFs). • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate treasuries, family offices, DFIs, and institutional distributors through strategic coverage and high-quality engagement. • Drive team performance by mentoring and managing a team of sales professionals across South India. • Build strong relationships with CFOs, UHNIs/HNIs, and senior treasury heads, delivering investment solutions aligned with their mandates. • Monitor competitor activity, emerging investor trends, and market intelligence to identify business opportunities and risks. • Collaborate closely with product, investment, and compliance teams to tailor solutions and ensure flawless execution. • Represent the AMC at industry forums, client events, and partner reviews in the region. Qualification Required: - MBA/Postgraduate with 1218 years of experience in retail / institutional sales across Mutual Funds, AIFs, or wealth platforms. • Proven ability to drive business in South India across Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and key Tier 2 cities. • Deep network among CFOs, family offices, and large treasury teams with a track record of building long-term relationships. • Strong understanding of fixed income markets, credit strategies, and hybrid structures. • Experience managing teams and large client portfolios in a high-performance sales environment. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; strong execution bias and accountability. • High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for building investment solutions at scale. • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
