The Role As part of its continued growth within the Strada GBS, Strada is now seeking a commercially minded Treasury Analyst to join the Global Treasury team. This role will be an integral part of a Treasury team dedicated to providing support to our growing operations across the globe. This role will actively manage the Country/ Entity payments by handling the bank accounts of Strada entities across geographies. The successful candidate must have the flexibility to deal with a wide range of client services. Key Responsibilities Analyze the direct debit payment requestsBank Account reconciliationCashflow and liquidity managementHandle MIS reports to include unreconciled bank transactions, cash availability file, etc. Preparation and maintenance of desk proceduresHandle the payment queries from different parts of businessSupport the payment team with queries to be answered from the banksSupport on audit queriesBasic understanding of FXTimely ACH and wire paymentsCoordination with different stakeholders related to paymentsUnderstanding of various bank portalsSupport / cover for other members of the payment team as requiredCandidate Profile Essential Skills Graduate/ Post graduate in commerce 3 + years’ experience. Excellent communication & interpersonal skillsAbility to work alone and as part of a team, working to tight deadlines.
