Senior Manager Risk Management

Job Description Sutra Management is an analytics-driven advisory firm that uses data and machine learning to help businesses improve its performance. Sutra is looking for a senior consultant for its risk advisory business. Please note that experience should be more in the area of leveraging big data for managing strategic, credit and market risk. The organization is not looking for internal audit or SOX compliance. Compensation would not be a constraint for the deserving candidate.\n\nAlso please note that the role entails 8-10 days of traveling in a month. Please apply only if you are comfortable with this much travel.\n\nThe candidate should possess the following:\n\n Experience in working on credit risk management, market risk, and ALM\nHands-on experience in working on big data and data mining including working knowledge of python or similar programming language\nMBA or similar education from tier 1 or tier 2 college\n Experience in working on modeling is added advantage. Candidates should be willing to learn to model if not done earlier\nProfessional qualifications like FRM, and CFA would be an added advantage\nStrong problem solving and people management skills\nAbility to work on project timelines
