Designation: Senior Manager Credit Analyst • Infrastructure/Renewable Energy Location: Mumbai Experience: 3-8 years Role & Responsibilities: -Creating credit appraisal notes for clients in the infrastructure sector. -Conducting preliminary screening of commercial real estate financing transactions and structuring. -Talk about terms and conditions for risk assessments with the business. -Have conversations with clients to gather data for CRAN preparation. -Keep an eye on the accounts in accordance with the Sanctioning Authority's guidelines. -Create monitoring reports for the portfolio on a monthly or quarterly basis. -If there are non-compliances, escalate with an action plan. -Make inspection reports after visiting the units. -Oversee and resolve any risk assessment-related escalations. -Working with an internal team (relationship, legal, technical, and operations) to provide customers with timely and coordinated solutions -Due diligence and credit analysis.
