Job Role:
Financial Analysis: Analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to evaluate a company's financial health and debt repayment capacity.
Credit Appraisal: Prepare comprehensive credit appraisal reports and credit memorandums for term loans, working capital facilities, and credit limit proposals, assessing borrower creditworthiness and associated risks.
Industry Research: Conduct industry and market research to evaluate sector trends, competitive landscape, and macroeconomic factors that may impact borrowers' performance.
Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor existing credit portfolios by tracking financial performance, ensuring covenant compliance, identifying early warning signals, and recommending appropriate risk mitigation measures.
