Senior FP&A Data & Analytics Analyst Developer (Finance reporting Planning & Analytics) Location:Bangalore (Work from office) Experience:10+ years CTC:INR 1522 LPA Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (IST) The Opportunity You will sit at the intersection of Finance, Data and Systems, leading the development of modern reporting, planning and analytics solutions. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to: Improve planning and forecasting processes Replace manual reporting with scalable, automated solutions Drive process improvement and data standardisation Deliver insight that directly influences commercial and operational decisions What You’ll Do Own & Evolve FP&A Reporting Design and deliver high-impact Power BI dashboards and management reports Build paginated and board-level reporting outputs Develop reporting across sales, margin, inventory, cost and operational performance Build Scalable Data Models & Architecture Develop robust semantic models and reusable datasets Create advanced DAX logic and business-calculated metrics Integrate data across ERP, CRM, finance and operational systems Contribute to data architecture (Fabric, Dataverse, SQL environments) Drive Automation & Simplification Identify and eliminate manual reporting and spreadsheet-based processes Implement automated data pipelines and refresh processes Simplify and standardise core finance and reporting workflows Lead Change & Process Improvement Partner with Finance and business teams to redesign planning and reporting processes Introduce best practices in FP&A, reporting and data governance Support adoption of self-service analytics across the business Manage & Govern the BI Environment Oversee Power BI Service environment (workspaces, security, governance) Ensure reporting is scalable, performant and trusted Establish standards for report design, data definitions and KPIs Key Outcomes & KPIs Finance operates with automated, scalable and trusted reporting Planning and forecasting processes are faster, simpler and more accurate Power BI becomes the single source of truth across the business Significant reduction in manual reporting and data rework Clear, actionable insight drives better commercial decisions What We’re Looking For Essential 10+ years experience in Power BI / BI / Analytics development Strong expertise in Power BI (Desktop, Service, Paginated Reports) DAX, Power Query and data modelling Experience working with enterprise data environments (Fabric, Dataverse, SQL) Proven ability to translate business problems into scalable data solutions Experience supporting FP&A, finance or commercial reporting Track record of process improvement, automation and simplification Strong stakeholder engagement skills able to work with senior business users A constant desire to ask why. Desirable Experience with ERP / Finance systems (e.g. Business Central, SAP, etc.) Understanding of planning, budgeting and forecasting processes Exposure to data architecture, warehousing or modern data platforms Preferred candidate profile
