As a Senior Financial Analyst at Qualys, you will play a crucial role in supporting cost management across the business.
Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with FP&A and business teams on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
By leveraging regular forecast updates, you will be instrumental in delivering accurate forecasts and actionable insights to the Manager/Team lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Support with annual budget and rolling forecasts
Manage headcount and vendor cost forecasting by handling day-to-day activities related to forecasting/planning
Assist in month-end close activities such as accruals, reclasses, HC role forward, al
locations, and other tasks as needed
Assist in building forecast models, reviewing decks, and analyzing tools
Collaborate cross-functionally, including with US (PST) stakeholders
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis, tool/report testing, and drive process improvements in both short-term and long-term perspectives
Develop the ability to take ownership and be responsible for complex analyses/projects over time
Qualifications Required:
Masters in Finance/Accounting or a related field
36 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or analytical roles
Advanced Excel skills with modeling experience
Strong understanding of financial statements and cost drivers
Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, Anaplan, and Power Query is a plus
Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong communication skills, and a collaborative team player
Interest in learning AI and recent analytical tools, and contributing to the development and testing of new automation projects
Location: Pune (Hybrid 3 days office/2 days WFH)
