What role you will play in team: Support the Mergers & Acquisitions team in conducting financial due diligence and valuation of target companies.
What you will do: You will analyze financial data, prepare valuation models, and assist in deal execution.
Key responsibility:Conduct financial due diligence on potential acquisition targetsPrepare valuation models using various methodologiesAnalyze financial statements and identify key risks and opportunitiesPrepare presentations and reports for senior managementSupport the deal execution processCollaborate with other teams within DeloitteRequired Qualification and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting1-2 years of experience in investment banking or corporate financeStrong financial modeling and valuation skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel
