Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, including comprehensive variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and investment decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for the executive team and board of directors.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to provide relevant market insights.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial data and timely closing processes.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support the implementation of cost-control measures.
• Ensure compliance with all internal financial policies and external regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• A Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in the Delhi, Delhi, IN market or a similar metropolitan environment.
