The Senior Associate Non-Financial Data Analytics & Reporting serves as the enterprise-wide subject matter expert for the global Risk Analytics Data and Reporting (RADaR) team to develop data strategy, strengthen data & reporting governance and enhance reporting, metrics and analytics.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
This job partners closely with the leadership team to support the execution of their business goals from Data Analytics and Data Visualization while overseeing data system operations, batch support and governance.

Position Summary: Describe below the primary purpose and function of this job
The Senior Associate Non-Financial Data Analytics & Reporting serves as the enterprise-wide subject matter expert for the Risk Analytics Data and Reporting (RADaR) team to develop high-quality, scalable, and well-governed Non-Financial Risk (NFR) reporting and visualization solutions.
The role requires strong technical expertise in data visualization and analytics, combined with business analysis and project management capabilities to manage multiple stakeholders and concurrent initiatives.
Knowledge of the Operational Risk domain is an added advantage and preferred.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards and management information for Non-Financial Risk using Tableau.
Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Cloud administration and publishing workflowsPrepare detailed data analytics routines, scripts, queries, and procedures.
Dashboard performance tuning (extract optimization, query reduction, context filters)Applies industry-specific data analytics, business intelligence and quantitative analysis techniques.
Analyze and transform data from Snowflake and upstream systems to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable risk insights.
Understanding of visualization best practices (color theory, chart selection, storytelling with data, UX for dashboards)Ability to translate raw business requirements into intuitive, self-service dashboards
Experience connecting Tableau to multiple source types (relational databases, APIs, flat files, cloud storage)Develop reporting based on data sourced from Archer (or equivalent GRC platforms), including incidents, issues, business continuity, supplier risk management etc.
Ensure consistency of data taxonomies and reporting standards across dashboards.
Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document reporting requirements using structured business analysis techniques.
Manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Data functions.
Provide clear communication, status updates, and issue management across reporting initiatives.
Support end-to-end delivery of reporting initiatives, including planning, development, testing, UAT, and production release.
Apply project management discipline to manage timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies across concurrent workstreams.
Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and enhance Non-Financial Risk reporting and visualization.
Participate in discussions with senior management when communicating data analytic results and solutions.

Skills Required
Tableau: Advanced dashboard development, performance optimization, and data visualization best practices.
Snowflake: Advanced SQL skills and experience working with cloud-based data warehouses.
Archer (GRC platform): Working knowledge of risk data structures and reporting (preferred)Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.ETL tool experience (IBM Data Stage, Talend, Informatica, SSIS, etc.)Experience in data acquisition (i.e. ETL, ELT), management (cataloging, indexing, profiling), and administration (i.e., security, operations, optimization).
Proficiency/Working knowledge of Word and PowerPointProficiency with Microsoft ExcelAnalytical thinking & problem-solving attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated and results orientedTeam player
Functional Knowledge Required
Knowledge of Risk and Compliance governance frameworks and management information requirements.
Operational Risk domain knowledge (e.g., incidents, KRIs, RCSAs, issues management) is an added advantage and preferred.
Data Governance/Data Stewardship experience
Experience in a financial services firm in a compliance or risk functionStrong Analytical skills
