This role focuses on cash forecasting, warehouse line management, debt and liquidity analysis, and treasury reporting in a high-volume mortgage lending environment. The analyst partners closely with Capital Markets, Accounting, FP&A, and Treasury leadership to ensure sufficient liquidity, funding efficiency, and strong treasury controls. *Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily cash positions and liquidity across operating and custodial accounts bank statementsBuild and maintain short • and medium-term cash flow forecasts aligned with loan production and funding activitySupport payment execution, bank account management, signatory matrix and treasury operational processesPrepare and process check payments, manage Positive Pay files, and support payment automations to ensure accurate and timely disbursementsPartner with Capital Markets and Accounting on loan funding, payoffs, reconciliations, journal entries and month-end closeSupport management of warehouse lines, including:Collateral tracking and utilization analysisCovenant monitoringPrepare internal reporting on liquidity, warehouse utilization, and funding capacity for leadershipAssist with audits and ad-hoc data requestsIdentify and implement treasury process improvements to support scale and efficiency*Qualifications RequiredMBA or CA and bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field4–7 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking, or Mortgage FinanceStrong understanding of cash flows, debt instruments, and balance sheet dynamicsAdvanced Excel skills; ability to work with large, transaction-level datasetsStrong attention to detail and ownership mindset in a fast-paced environment*Company Benefits*In Office Perks Experience our comprehensive office perks, including daily meals and transport facility for commuting to and from the office, available for all em
