Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst – Private Credit (Asset Management)

Shaw group is seeking a Senior/Lead Analyst for their Asset Management function within the Private Credit team. The role focuses on overseeing deal onboarding, performing detailed financial modeling, and managing portfolio performance across corporate credit and real estate assets. Candidates will engage in debt capacity assessment, cash management, and leading restructuring processes for distressed assets. The position requires a strong background in finance with an emphasis on quantitative modeling and collaborative project leadership. Must have: MBA or equivalent in Finance; 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate credit analysis and asset management; Robust grounding in financial concepts; Advanced quantitative modeling capabilities; Ability to work independently and collaboratively; Proven experience leading complex projects. Required tools: financial modeling, cash flow analysis, roi analysis, irr analysis, discounted cash flow analysis.
