As a high-performing Senior Analyst in the Corporate Strategy and M&A; team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the long-term growth of the company. Your primary responsibilities will include: - **M&A; Execution:** Supporting the end-to-end deal lifecycle, which involves tasks such as target identification, financial due diligence, and deal structuring. • **Financial Modeling:** Building and maintaining detailed valuation models (DCF, LBO, Comparable Company Analysis, and Merger Models) to evaluate potential acquisitions and investments. • **Strategic Research:** Conducting market mapping, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities. • **Presentation & Reporting:** Crafting high-quality investment memoranda and strategy decks for the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership. • **Project Management:** Assisting in post-merger integration (PMI) and monitoring the performance of strategic business units against long-term objectives. For this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - **Education:** CA, MBA from IIMs or Top-tier B-schools, or graduates from IITs or premier engineering colleges. • **Experience:** 1-2 years of relevant experience in Management Consulting (Big 4/MBB), Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or an in-house Corporate Strategy team. In terms of technical skills, you should have: - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint presentations. • Familiarity with AI tools would be considered a plus.
