As a Risk & Regulatory • Capital Market • Senior Associate, you will specialize in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Management Consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and navigate complex situations. You will focus on relationship building, managing others, and personal growth, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work closely with clients to enhance customer service operations and experiences. You will identify pain points and develop strategies to optimize service delivery, increase satisfaction, and drive loyalty. You will provide guidance on implementing customer service technologies and designing service models.
