Risk Manager / Senior Manager – Infrastructure (InvIT)

Role • Risk Manager / Senior Manager • Infrastructure (InvIT) Location: Delhi Experience: 5–10 Years Function: Finance / Risk Management Industry: Infrastructure | Roads & Highways | InvIT We are looking for an experienced Risk Manager / Senior Manager with strong hands-on exposure to Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs) and Roads & Highways infrastructure. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Identify and assess enterprise, project and asset-level risks across highway assets • Conduct risk assessments for acquisitions, refinancing and project SPVs • Analyse traffic, toll revenue, O&M, interest-rate and refinancing risks • Perform cash-flow stress testing, financial analysis and DSCR assessment • Monitor compliance with SEBI InvIT Regulations, NHAI concession agreements and lender covenants • Develop and maintain Risk Management Framework, Risk Register and KRIs • Prepare risk reports for Board, Audit Committee, lenders and senior management • Work closely with Finance, Legal, Asset Management, Operations and Investment teams 🔹 What We’re Looking For ✅ 5–10 years of relevant experience ✅ Mandatory exposure to InvITs + Roads/Highways infrastructure ✅ Strong understanding of Project Finance and financial modelling ✅ Knowledge of BOT / HAM / Toll-based projects ✅ Exposure to NHAI, concession agreements and lender covenants ✅ CA / MBA Finance / M.
