- **AI Enablement**
- Collaborate with the AI Enablement team to design and deliver workshops, training, and resources that promote AI adoption and innovation.
• Co-create high-quality presentations and reports with the AI Enablement team to effectively communicate AI strategy to executive stakeholders for both routine and ad hoc requirements.
• Partner with data science, technology, and business teams to identify, scope, and advance AI initiatives.
• Support governance and oversight of the RM&C AI portfolio by tracking benefits, reporting progress, and aligning initiatives with business objectives.
• **Business Management**
- Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
• Communicate effectively with key business partners to comprehend projects and drive subsequent actions.
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions.
• Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers to streamline, enhance, and add value to existing business processes.
**Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in Business Management, Program Management, or a COO role.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver timely, high-quality presentations and reports for various projects and stakeholders with a strong focus on design excellence.
• Success in engaging diverse stakeholder groups and driving key agendas.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables) at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in AI/ML technology delivery is a plus.
