Role & responsibilities • Job Purpose Key purposes of the job role are to ensure. Portfolio Risk Assessment / Monitoring & Governance Creating, monitoring and controlling Risk defined frameworks and applicable thresholds for the applicable products. Creating and using various assessment and awareness tools including portfolio reviews, product program reviews, framework monitoring etc to maintain the portfolio health. Key Responsibility Areas : 6 8 Areas Actionable (4-6) Creating and maintaining required Data points for facilitating all risk management aspects related to the unit Timely extraction / creation of required portfolio database Ensuring data accuracy and validation Risk Identification, measurement on time, reporting of risk observations, ensure governance framework is adhered to. Periodic reviews of the assigned portfolio across various pertinent risk dimensions Conducting reviews as per set guidelines on defined frequency, drive actionable across stakeholders Maintain risk oversight, Monitor KRI`s covered in ICAAP / RAS (drive intervention along with stakeholders) and Risk Limits package. Ensure adherence to CSPB materiality evaluation and collections performance tracking. RAS, ICAAP monitoring, with timelines adherence & impact monitoring. Tracking collection parameters/KRI to monitor risk appetite & cost. Compliance & audit adherence. Engage with compliance & audit teams on planning / monitoring aspects Preferred candidate profile
