Certifications : NISM VA & NISM XXIA must
Role Overview :Own the end-to-end HNI acquisition journey for PMS investments through consultative, advisory-led sales.
You will work with qualified leads to convert prospects into long-term investors and drive AUM growth
Key Responsibility
Conduct HNI discovery meetings to understand goals, risk profile, and portfolioPerform portfolio audits and identify gaps, risks, and opportunitiesRecommend suitable PMS strategies with clear rationale and trade-offsDrive complete sales cycle from meeting to closureHandle objections and support decision-making with advisory approachEnsure smooth onboarding (KYC, documentation, funding)Maintain CRM hygiene and follow compliance standards
Requirements
3–6 years in consultative / HNI sales (Wealth, Private Banking, Broking, Insurance, etc.)Proven track record of high-ticket closuresStrong communication and relationship-building skillsGood understanding of equity, debt, and investment productsStructured follow-up and pipeline management discipline
