About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced systematic trading professional to join our brokerage and market access business in a strategic client-facing role.
This opportunity is ideal for someone actively trading quantitative strategies across HFT/MFT and F&O markets in India, looking to transition from proprietary trading into a broader commercial and industry-focused role.
The role blends market microstructure expertise, strategy insight, and client relationship management
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with global quantitative hedge funds, proprietary trading firms and systematic buy-side clients exploring India’s trading landscape.
Advise clients on Indian market microstructure, F&O markets, index vs. single-stock derivatives, weekly options, and exchange dynamics across NSE, BSE, and MCX.
Share practical insights on deploying quantitative strategies, backed by hands-on trading experiencePartner with brokerage sales and execution teams to support client onboarding and commercial discussionsAct as a key liaison between clients and internal execution, technology and clearing teamsContribute to market structure analysis, strategy discussions, and the firm’s industry positioningBuild and manage long-term relationships with senior portfolio managers, CIOs, quant researchers, and trading leaders globally
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong BUY-SIDE hands-on experience trading Indian markets systematically
Experience across: HFT and/or MFT strategies, Index options (mandatory), Futures, etc.
Deep understanding of Indian market microstructure and exchange behaviourFamiliarity with: NSE and BSE derivatives ecosystem, Co-location / low latency trading environment, Exchange risk controls and market regulationsStrong commercial communication skills with ability to explain complex trading concepts clearly to institutional clients.
