Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical Quant Analyst / Strategist to join our core trading group.
In this role, you will be part of a high-performing team that designs, builds, and executes fast algorithmic strategies based on real-time market behavior.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development: Identify, maintain, and enhance algorithmic trading strategies and discover new business opportunities for our market-making teams.
Data Analysis: Analyze trading performance and complex financial time-series data using fundamental statistical theories.
Automation: Apply a systematic, data-driven approach to automate and scale trading strategies.
Financial Modeling: Construct, back-test, maintain, and continuously improve robust financial models.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the engineering and technology teams to optimize, maintain, and upgrade our proprietary electronic trading systems.
Risk Management: Maintain strict adherence to risk management protocols and apply detailed knowledge of risk procedures during live trading.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree from a Top-Tier institute (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Finance, or related technical fields).
Technical Skills: Strong software development skills, with a preference for C++, Python, or R/Matlab.
Systems: Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
Data Expertise: Proven experience with data analysis, market research, and data modeling is a strong plus.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
