Job Description The Price Discrepancy Analyst is responsible for managing customer short-payments (DZs). A key function of this role is to identify trends for specific customers, districts, and reason codes and to drive the organization towards prevention of future DZs.
The Price Discrepancy Analyst will work with other departments (mainly Sales and Customer Service) to identify opportunities for improvement with the goal of billing customers correctly.
