Private Equity Investment Manager

You will lead investment activities from deal sourcing to execution and portfolio management within the Private Equity arm of Aditya Birla Group. You will evaluate investment opportunities, negotiate deals, manage due diligence, and monitor investments after closing. • Lead the sourcing and evaluation of investment opportunities in alignment with the investment strategy. • Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence. • Negotiate terms and structure of investment deals. • Manage the investment process from initial screening to closing and beyond. • Monitor portfolio company performance and provide support and guidance to management teams. • Prepare investment committee presentations and reports. Qualifications and Skills Required: - MBA or Master's degree in finance or a related field. • 5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking or venture capital. • Proven track record of successful investment transactions. • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
