As a Principal Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, your role involves leading complex financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis initiatives. You will provide strategic financial insights, support executive decision-making, and partner closely with business leaders to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. Your responsibilities include: - Leading annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning processes. • Developing advanced financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and scenario analysis. • Analyzing financial results, trends, and key performance indicators to identify risks and opportunities. • Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executives. • Acting as a trusted finance partner to senior business leaders and cross-functional teams. • Monitoring budget performance, tracking expenditures across departments, and identifying cost optimization opportunities. • Identifying financial risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and controls. • Driving continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting methodologies. • Mentoring junior FP&A analysts and contributing to capability building within the finance team. Key Qualifications for this role include: - Deep expertise in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance. • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills. • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to manage complex analyses and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Excel and financial planning/reporting systems. • High attention to detail with a big-picture mindset. • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
