Ideal for a visionary with deep capital markets expertise, team leadership skills, and a proven track record of alpha generation. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute equity and alternative asset class strategies across geographies and sectors. Lead sector analysts and fund managers to identify, research, and implement high-conviction investment ideas. Maintain strong relationships with domestic and international investors, regulators, and board stakeholders. Monitor macroeconomic indicators, market trends, and risk factors to inform decision-making. Build proprietary models, frameworks, and systems to ensure robust portfolio construction and risk controls. Report performance metrics, forecasts, and investment rationales to the executive team and investors. Qualifications MBA/CFA/CA with a strong academic pedigree. Minimum 12 years of experience in asset management, family offices, or global investment firms. Demonstrated success managing ₹2,000 Cr+ portfolios. Strong fundamentals in valuation, sector rotation, and risk-adjusted returns. Leadership qualities to mentor a high-caliber investment team.
