NP: Immediate/30-Days Preferred Skills Need only 7-9 Yrs, someone who has worked in core PMO for 6+ Years Mandatory Experience on • Power BI, Financial reporting, Advance excel, Analytical skills. Candidate should have excellent communication skills Power BI skill test will be taken post selection Description Few mandatory points to look into before sharing the profile. As this role is for Hyderabad, post R1 interview candidates are supposed to come to the office to attend Power BI test. We need someone with sound financial acumen and attention to detail; they need to be good with numbers with the ability to spot patterns/trends and anomalies in the forecasts & actuals data. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written that inspire confidence in business stakeholders and the team. Very well structured and organized and able to respond to changing priorities. Analytical skills are a must Good hands on exp with Advance Excel and Power BI and flexible with the ability to rapidly understand ambiguous and complex concepts. Analyze data to provide explanations on trends/themes, supporting project managers to identify variances and take countermeasures. Preparing multi-project reports/dashboards, managing exception reports and following up with individual project managers to resolve Should have finance working knowledge in past experiences. Good Power BI skills e.g., the ability to understand the Data Model and how to develop reports using that. Advance Excel knowledge Attention to detail, should be able to do analysis and keep up with trends.
