They support the Portfolio Investments by creatingand streamlining reports for both internal and external clients.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for producing and distributing daily MSR pricing and analytics reports, including daily MSR hedge valuation distributions.
Maintain and update daily OMSR pricing grids and daily Co-Issue pricing grids across multiple channels (SMP, CSR, PIIT, Direct channels) using MIAC valuation application.
Production of sub-servicing recapture reporting, SSID transfer management, and database maintenance.
Manage end-of-month excess spread reporting and wire remittance processing.
Perform custodial bank reconciliationsGenerate MSR financing tapesProvide ongoing custom reporting and analytical support for management.
