Role
As the Portfolio Growth Lead, you will report to Co-Founder & Head of Business Development and own the success and growth of a portfolio of corporate clients.
You will be responsible for driving revenue from existing accounts by increasing employee engagement across talent management, volunteering, giving, and other programs.
This role sits at the intersection of account management, growth, and campaign execution
• requiring you to influence both corporate stakeholders and individual employee behavior at scale.
Key outcomes you own:
Achieve revenue targets from partner corporatesImprove core metrics such as sign-ups, activation rates, repeat engagement, and contribution levelsDrive measurable shifts in employee behaviour through targeted, high-impact campaignsContinuously track, analyze, and improve engagement and revenue metrics across the portfolio
About You
Proven ability to own revenue targets or business outcomesStrong understanding of engagement, behaviour change, or lifecycle marketingComfortable working with corporate stakeholders (HR, CSR, L&D)Experience with customer success, or campaign-led roles

Compensation
First three months: Part-time paid in equityUpon confirmation: Full time; Competitive pay and equity
