Role: Overheads FP&A Analyst Work Location: India Job Type: Permanent Core Mandate Runs the recurring transactional backbone of overheads • and automates it Monthly overheads review across corporate departments NP cost forecasts, Latest estimate updates, project / IT accruals, amortizations Month end Close overheads tracking, variance analysis, Management Unit anomaly flags Cost center operations, payroll reclasses, and accrual support AI & Productivity Agenda Owns the automation backlog • builds, tests, and deploys workflows Target: 50% manual-effort reduction in 12 months (~157 hrs/mo, nearly 1 FTE) Auto-targets: actuals packs, Latest estimate builds, accruals, Month end close variance, anomaly detection Reports monthly to senior on hours saved, errors avoided, and next targets Key signal: The role exists to deliver the work AND own automation • experimentation needs no permission. Must-Haves 4-5 years finance / accounting with a clear automation streak Strong Excel: PivotTables, XLOOKUP, dynamic arrays Proven experience with AI co-work tools Handles high-volume transactional work and Month end close deadlines Nice-to-Haves FMCG / consumer goods finance background Prior exposure to General Ledger master-data, accrual booking, or Record-to-Report work Soft Profile Self-starter • fixes repetitive work without being told Actively unhappy doing the same manual task twice Documents every recurring task as a runbook for handover and audit Growth Path Overheads Analyst Overheads Controller Group FP&A Manager
