Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in ALL METRO CITIES OF INDIA for a NISM VA Certified Mutual Fund Advisor / City Head / Regional Head at Urban Money. The role involves advising clients on mutual fund investments, financial planning, and long-term wealth creation aligned with their financial goals and risk profiles. Responsibilities include managing and growing a client portfolio, conducting regular portfolio reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The position also requires building and leading a local team, driving business targets within the city or region, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions and distribution partners. The Advisor / City Head / Regional Head will collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance client experience, streamline processes, and contribute to regional growth strategies. Qualifications Strong foundation in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning, with the ability to design goal-based financial roadmaps for clients. Solid understanding of Finance and Investments, including mutual funds and related market-linked products. Demonstrated experience in Financial Advisory, providing unbiased, client-centric recommendations. Mandatory NISM VA Certification (Mutual Fund Distributor) with up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements. Proven track record in sales or business development in financial services, preferably in mutual funds or wealth management. Experience in team leadership or territory management for City Head / Regional Head level roles. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills, with a client-first approach. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant post-graduate qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFP) are an advantage. Comfort working with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic data analysis for portfolio and performance tracking.
