Mutual Fund Business & Distribution Manager Location: India Job Type: Full-Time Department:Wealth Management Experience Required: 3–6 Years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Performance Incentives About Us We are a fast-growing fintech company focused on making mutual fund investing accessible and efficient for retail and HNI investors across India. We are looking for an experienced Mutual Fund Business & Distribution Manager to drive distribution partnerships, expand our channel network, and contribute to AUM growth. Key Responsibilities * Onboard, manage, and grow a network of Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), sub-brokers, and distribution partners. * Drive mutual fund sales and achieve AUM growth targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, banks, co-operative societies, and financial intermediaries. * Conduct product training sessions, SIP awareness programs, and NFO campaigns for partners. * Identify and develop business opportunities in Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets. * Monitor and track key business metrics including SIP registrations, AUM, redemptions, and net flows. * Coordinate with internal product, operations, compliance, and technology teams to resolve partner queries. * Promote the company's digital platform and onboarding capabilities to channel partners. * Prepare business reports, MIS dashboards, pipeline updates, and periodic review presentations. * Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes related to mutual fund distribution. Required Qualifications * Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Finance, Business Administration preferred). * NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributor Certification) is mandatory. * NISM V-B certification will be an added advantage.
