In addition, this team drives informational analysis and reporting to support Business decisions and strategies. About The Role P&L Ownership for Sub BU / FunctionsLead a team for 8 to 10 AnalystsEnsure reports are delivered on a timely and accurate basisEnsure smooth month close reportingProvide fast, actionable & accurate analysisWorking closely with BU and Finance leaders and building plan and ForecastStandardize reporting across all Business unit & move towards self-service reportingSupport BU on their Expenses & Investment & Sales & Revenue reporting and analyticsWork on Pipeline analyticsEnsure data consistency & accuracy different financial systemsHelp drive system and process enhancements in the Function. About You Qualifications: CA/ ICWA/ MBA Finance10 years of corporate experience in /finance FP&A & Financial analyticsGood communicatorCareful planning to achieve accurate and timely resultsEye for DetailAbility to work with Global teams. Self-motivated / Result oriented / Open to learning new technologiesManaging team of 10 to 12 employees. Interpersonal Skill to Guide and Motivate team membersGood knowledge of Finance and AccountingGood Knowledge of MS office • Excel, Power PointKnowledge of SAP (desirable)Knowledge of automation tools VBA/ Alteryx/ Python/ RPA (desirable).
