Location: Mumbai
About the Role
KPMG's M&A Consulting team advises private equity funds, corporates, and financial services clients on strategic growth initiatives, market assessments, commercial due diligence, and transaction-related decisions.
The role involves leading and executing engagements, providing strategic insights, and delivering high-quality client solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Execute Commercial Due Diligence (CDD), market assessments, and strategy engagements.
Develop presentations, reports, business cases, and financial models.
Conduct industry, company, and market research to generate actionable insights.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support client decisions.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
Support business development, proposal preparation, and client pitches.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interaction.
Coordinate with internal teams and senior leadership to ensure quality delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate with 1-4 years of experience.
Qualification: MBA from a reputed institute
Experience in strategy consulting, commercial due diligence, or transaction advisory, preferably within Financial Services.
