M&A Associate

We are currently working with a highly regarded independent boutique investment bank in Milan to hire an Associate to join its growing team. The Role As an Associate, you will be actively involved in the execution of live transactions and play a key role in supporting senior bankers across all stages of the deal process. Key responsibilities include: Building and reviewing detailed financial models and valuation analyses Preparing marketing materials, including pitch books, teasers, and information memoranda Supporting the execution of M&A transactions, including coordination of due diligence processes Conducting industry and company research to support client advisory work Interacting with clients, investors, and external advisors Overseeing and mentoring Analysts The Firm The boutique operates with a strong entrepreneurial culture and a flat hierarchy, offering direct exposure to Partners and clients.
