Job description
Need for big cement coporate for their Delhi office
Mission: Bring financial rigor to every initiative — from organic projects to inorganic opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Build financial models for acquisitions, divestments, and JV evaluations.
Support business case development for recent capacity, expansion, and greenfield investments.
Track post-merger performance metrics and synergy realization.
Liaise with finance and treasury teams for valuation and capital al
location analysis.
Profile: 4–8 years’ experience; ideally CA / CFA / MBA Finance, with experience in IB, corp dev, or transaction advisory.
Output: Deal models, NPV/IRR analysis, investment papers, sensitivity models for board notes.
Prefrence will be given to
Big 4 Transaction Advisory: Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, EY – Manager/Sr Manager in Deals, Valuations, Infra. modeled 5+ cement/steel dealsInvestment Banks
• Mid Market: Avendus, Kotak IB, JM Financial, Axis Capital
• Infra/Industrials team, Analyst to VP levelPE Funds
