Job DescriptionCeragon is seeking M&A Analyst to join our dynamic team and support our Strategy and Corporate Development activities.
This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives through the evaluation and execution of mergers and acquisitions as well as organic initiatives .
The successful candidate will leverage analytical skills and industry knowledge to inform and support decision-making processes, support due diligence, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our corporate strategy. A deep understanding of market dynamics, business fundamentals and financial modeling will be essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:Conduct thorough business and financial analysis as well as valuation of potential acquisition targets, utilizing various methodologies.
Perform market research and source potential targetsPrepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders on M&A opportunities.
Lead and coordinate due diligence processes, ensuring comprehensive assessment of targets financial and operational health.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to structure M&A deals that align with corporate strategy.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential acquisition targets.
Support post-merger integration efforts to ensure successful transition and realization of synergies.
Job RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, strategy consulting or corporate finance.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and strategic analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Proven track record of leading M&A projects from inception through execution.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
Familiarity with the Telecom industry
