Lead Stressed Portfolio Manager

IIFL Home Loans is looking for Manager • Digital Property Services in Hyderabad /Bangalore /Chennai location. Job Description: Drive marketing and sale of auctioned properties under #SARFAESI Act and other applicable recovery mechanisms. Coordinate with internal Collections, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams for auction execution and post-auction processes. Engage with prospective buyers, investors, brokers, and channel partners to generate demand for auctioned assets. Conduct property site visits and buyer meetings in line with IIFL policies. Educate buyers on auction procedures including reserve price, EMD, bidding process, timelines, and documentation. Track auction results and assist in re-marketing of unsold assets. Ensure availability and accuracy of property-related documents including possession status and legal readiness. Maintain MIS, CRM updates, and periodic reports as required by management. Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.
