You will be responsible for overseeing asset management and operations, ensuring financial performance optimization and adherence to brand standards.
Additionally, you will play a vital role in strategic alignment, value creation, contracts, procurement, vendor management, design coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and optimize financial performance across hospitality assets.
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure adherence to brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and asset enhancement.
• Manage procurement of specialized equipment, materials, and services.
• Coordinate with design teams on renovations, refurbishments, and new projects.
• Prepare regular financial, operational, and performance reports for the Head Asset Management.
• Liaise with internal teams, operators, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelors degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Prior experience managing multiple properties or large-scale hospitality assets is highly desirable.
